    I work in social justice issues and internalized racism is a project I have been working on for 2 years for CIC (citizenship & Immigration Canada) and this is what I talk about with immigrant women and how they perceive themselves...as a racialized women. Its heart breaking and I have watched many documentaries on this... puts things into perspective... I LOVE MY BLACKNESS!!!
